Sheeja is a Bangalore-based healer who has been practicing Reiki and counseling for more than 7 years. She has successfully healed and counseled many during this time. She loves nature and tries to connect with it at every possible moment.
She respects the divine intervention in each person’s life. She practices reiki by gently sending the universal life force without forcefully intervening the natural law. The calm, gentle energy works at the right time and in the right place for the betterment of the higher self. She believes that every human has a path to walk, which may or may not be an easy one. However, with healing energy, you will gain clarity, strength, and luck on the path you walk. She helps the client to achieve the best possible outcome with the means of various mental healing techniques such as journaling, changing habits and behaviors, goal-based counseling, mindfulness practices, hypnotherapy suggestions, etc.
